  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder (add more if you prefer)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 prepared sardines ( 2 per person)

    Step 1
  • Rinse and salt the sardines the night before coating them well with a good handful of salt. Place in fridge until needed.

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 Celsius.
