  • 1 tbsp ●Mirin
  • 2 tbsp ●Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ☆Katakuriko
  • 3 tbsp ☆Water
  • 1/4 Green onions or scallions

How to Make Satsuma-age with Curry Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Satsuma-age with Curry Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the onion into 2 mm slices. Julienne the carrot. Cut the satsuma-age into 1 cm strips. Slice the green onion into thin rounds.
