  • 2 lb Red Potatoes, wedged (Simply Potatoes works well)
  • 2 lb Sausage (whatever kind you like)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup Sweet Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 2 can Mushrooms
  • 1 packages Frozen Corn
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 Fish or Chicken Fry (enough to coat potatoes)
  • 1 Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 stick Butter (melted)

How to Make Sausage & Potato Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Sausage & Potato Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Step 2
  • Toss Potato wedges in Fry batter.
  • Step 3
  • Place coated potatoes on large cookie sheet (single layer), drizzle melted butter over potatoes and bake for about 30-45 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • In large non-stick skillet, saute peppers, onions & garlic.
  • Step 5
  • Slice sausage and add to skillet. Cook until browned.
  • Step 6
  • Add mushrooms and corn to skillet...cover and cook 5 minutes. Drain excess greese.
  • Step 7
  • Put sausage mixture in large serving dish, add potatoes, mix and serve.
