  • 1/4 C milk or heavy cream
  • 4 oz breakfast sausage
  • 2 red potatoes; boiled, small dice
  • 1 thick slice primo taglio ham; large dice
  • 1/8 green bell pepper; julienne
  • 1/8 red bell pepper; julienne
  • 1 jalapeño; small dice
  • 1/8 red onion; small dice
  • 1/8 yellow onion; small dice
  • 1/2 C sweet corn
  • 2 cloves garlic; minced
  • 1 T crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar
  • 2 T butter; diced
  • as needed kosher salt and black pepper

How to Make Sausage & Potato Frittata

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Sausage & Potato Frittata in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat enough olive oil to cover the bottom of a medium sized non-stick saute pan to medium heat.
  • Step 2
  • Add chunks of sausage in bite sized pieces. Add peppers, potatoes, and onions. Season. Toss.
  • Step 3
  • In a seperate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • Step 4
  • When sausage is 90% cooked, add crushed pepper flakes, corn, garlic, and ham. Cook for 30 seconds to a minute.
  • Step 5
  • Add butter. Stir. Add eggs and cheddar. Stir.
  • Step 6
  • Bake uncovered in a non-stick saute pan at 350° for approximately 15 min or until liquid is cooked.
  • Step 7
