  • 2 lb bulk pan sausage
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 1/2 cup cubed day old bread
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cup whole milk or evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter/margarine

How to Make Sausage casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Sausage casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown the sausage set aside drained
  • Step 2
  • Preheat over 325° Fahrenheit.
  • Step 3
  •  Place bread in a well buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine the eggs, milk, dry mustard, and onion powder. Pour evenly over the bread and cheese. Sprinkle sausage over the top
  • Step 4
  • Let sit for 10 minutes before putting in the oven. Bake uncovered for about one hour. Cover with foil if top begins to brown too quickly.
