  • 1/3 cup jalapeños I used pickled

  • Fry your sausage, when done move to a plate.
  • Step 2
  • Take your eggs and beat them. Get a large pan with a lid if no lid use aluminum foil. Get the pan hot I use non stick pan for this.

  • Pour your eggs into pan rolling to get an even coat and thickness. Add water. Cover remove from heat.
  • Step 4
  • After sitting covered for 2 minutes add sausage, cheese, and jalapeños.
  • Step 5
  • Fold the sides in, gently like a burrito. Then roll it up cut inhalf serve, hope you enjoy!
