  • 1 lb pasta noodles (bow tie, elbow or similar)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Several handfuls of fresh spinach, hand shredded
  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

    Step 1
  • Bring salted water to boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain pasta.
  • Step 2

  • Step 3
