  • Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast and milk (cover the yeast with flour first then mix altogether)

  • Knead the dough until it becomes elastic
  • Step 3
  • Cover the dough with wrap and leave it in the dark place for 40 mins
  • Step 4
  • Knead the dough and divide it into 6 rolls
  • Step 5
  • Knead each roll into long tube and roll to enclose the sausages
  • Step 6
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven (355 F) for 25 mins, transfer onto cooling rack and cool them completely
