  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 medium onions, cut in half and sliced
  • 2 chillies, chopped
  • 4 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 can tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp dried origanum
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 50 grams brown onion soup mix
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 1/2 kg sausage, use your favourite one
