  • 400 g broad beans
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper

How to Make Sautéed Broad Beans

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Sautéed Broad Beans in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced garlic until golden - remove from the pan and set aside
  • Step 2
  • Sauté the broad beans in the same frying pan for about 5 mins
  • Step 3
  • Mix the garlic with the paprika and water in a blender and then add to the frying pan - season with salt and pepper - cover and cook for a further 20 mins until the beans are tender (add more water if necessary)
