  • 2 tsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 1 Sesame oil

    Step 1
  • Cut the garlic shoots into 4 cm lengths, the bacon to 1.5 cm strips, and shred the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Blend together the soy sauce and sake, then dissolve the katakuriko in water.
  • Step 3
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté the bacon and garlic shoots until aromatic, then add the mushrooms.
  • Step 4
  • When the mushrooms become tender, add the soy sauce and sake, and sauté on high heat.
  • Step 5
  • When the ingredients are well coated, add the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken, then serve.
