  • 3 each potato
  • 3 piece garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 liter boiling water
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil (chopped, dried)
  • 1 tsp rosemary (chopped, dried)

How to Make Sauteed Potato Wedges

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Sauteed Potato Wedges in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the potato until it has soft texture. Around 10-15 minutes with medium heat.
  • Step 2
  • Rinse the water then wait until the potatoes get warm.
  • Step 3
  • Cut one potato to be 6 wedges.
  • Step 4
  • Prepare vegetable oil on the pan fried with high heat then deep fried the potatoes to make golden brown color on it.
  • Step 5
  • Then put empty pan fried, put some olive oil. Saute the chopped garlic and put the potatoes then give some flavour with salt, pepper, dried basil and rosemary.
  • Step 6
  • Serve it with chopped parsley over it
