  • 2 lb mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • salt and fresh ground pepper
  • tsp fresh lemon juice

    Step 1
  • Clean, trim and quarter all of your mushrooms.
  • Step 2
  • Next, chop your garlic. Set aside. Chop your rosemary and set this aside as well.

  • Add your butter and extra virgin olive oil to a large pan over med. to high heat. E.v.o.o. helps the butter not to burn.
  • Step 4
  • Next add your mushrooms to the oil and butter and suate them until they start to carmelized on all sides.
  • Step 5
  • Next add your garlic, rosemary and lemon juice and stir for about a minute or so. Let the ingredients mix together.
  • Step 6
  • Finally, plate, and add salt and fresh cracked black pepper to finish.
