  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 1 packages frozen or fresh kale
  • 1 salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)

  • Heat olive oil and 1 Tbsp. butter.
