  • crisps
  • 2 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, ( 2 sticks ) softened, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp pink Himalayan sea salt

  • In a bowl, blend flour, salt , sugar and baking soda.

  • Add butter one piece at a time until it resembles coarse crumbs.

  • Prepare another baking tray lined with parchment.
  • Step 10
  • With a pastry cutter or pizza cutter, cut out triangular shapes. Does not have to be perfectly equal in size.
  • Step 11
  • Beat egg and brush triangles with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds then pink Himalayan sea salt.
  • Step 12
  • Bake 15 -18 minutes achieving a nice golden brown.
  • Step 13
  • Crisps can be stored room temperature in air tight container up to 3 days.

  • Serve these with a cheese and crackers plate with fruit.
