  • 3 quart chicken broth
  • 1 packages mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ham
  • 1 bunch rosemary
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 eggs

    Step 1
  • Butter the cooking dish. Preheat the oven to 415°F.
  • Step 2
  • Peel, wash, thinly slice, then place a layer of the potatoes in the dish.
  • Step 3
  • Layer with mozzarella, ham, and rosemary

  • Continue to alternate layers with potatoes, ham, mozzarella & chopped rosemary. Top off the dish with a heaping layer of mozzarella.
