  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 Ketchup
  • 1 dash Garlic (if preferred)

    Step 1
  • Break the cauliflower into easy-to-eat pieces, and rinse in water. Rub cut ends of garlic around the inside of a microwave safe container. Or coat in minced garlic.

  • Wrap the cauliflower from Step 1 into plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes, or at 500W for 2 minutes to roughly cook through.
  • Step 3
  • Place finely minced anchovies on top of step 2, (mix in if using fish sauce), and stir in the mayonnaise.
  • Step 4
  • Mix in ketchup as well (it is rich, so add just a little). Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 390°F/200°C, and it is done once it turns golden brown.
  • Step 5
  • Sprinkle powdered cheese to your liking. This will drastically increase the calories.
