  • 1 loaf sliced bread (sandwich bread)
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
  • 100 grams shrimps
  • 100 grams smoked salmon
  • 70 grams caviar (or lumpfish roe caviar)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 dill

How to Make Seafood Canapés

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Seafood Canapés in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice bread (~2cm thick) and cut the crusts off
  • Step 2
  • Slightly toast every slice and spread cocktail sauce on it
  • Step 3
  • Spread salmon with dill
  • Step 4
  • Squeeze some lemon juice on shrimps
  • Step 5
  • Cut each bread slice in 4 squares (btw it depends on the size of the bread you're using, usually canapes are 5x5cm or 6x6cm squares)
  • Step 6
  • Put a teaspoon of caviar on some squares, a teaspoon of shrimps on some other ones and cut salmon to fit the rest of the squares.
  • Step 7
  • Put mayonnaise in a pastry bag with the smallest hole and decorate your canapes!
