  • 1 Olive oil
  • 3 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 medium Shallots, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup Vodka
  • 2 cup Chicken stock
  • 2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 packages Cooked mixed seafood, thawed and rinsed
  • 1 Salt, to taste
  • 1 Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil, chopped

How to Make Seafood pasta in Vodka Sauce

    Step 1
  • On medium heat, heat oil. Saute garlic and shallots.
  • Step 2
  • Add vodka, let reduce to half. Add tomatoes, sugar and chicken stock. Bring to boil, add seafood then simmer.
