Ingredients: Seafood Pizza

  • Pizza crust
  • 27 cm Basic pizza crust
  • White sauce
  • 15 grams Butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cake flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Consommé soup stock granules
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • Pizza toppings
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper
  • 1 small can Button mushrooms
  • 200 ml Seafood mix (frozen)
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1 Pizza cheese

How to Make Seafood Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Seafood Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat the butter in a frying pan, and add cake flour. Stir well to make sure it doesn't burn. Pour in all the milk, and add the soup stock granules, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 2
  • Keep stirring with a wooden spatula, being careful not to flip the the frying pan. It's done once it turns creamy.
  • Step 3
  • Thinly slice the onion and rub with a teaspoon of salt. After leaving for 15 minutes, wash off the salt with running water and wring out the liquid with a paper towel.
  • Step 4
  • Dock your pizza crust with a fork. I used the recipe "Basic pizza crust".
  • Step 5
  • Once cooled, spread plenty of white sauce on the dough. Sprinkle some white wine (or sake) on the seafood mix, and microwave it!
  • Step 6
  • Sprinkle some onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, seafood mix, and tuna on top.
  • Step 7
  • Top with plenty of cheese, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 300℃.
  • Step 8
  • The cheese blends well with white sauce and will melt in your mouth! The crust is crispy too, you'll certainly want to eat this homemade pizza while piping hot!
