  • 4 c mixed baby lettuce greens
  • 1 c fresh corn kernels
  • 1/2 c grated carrots
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb sea scallops

How to Make Seared Scallops with Baby Greens
