  • Step 2
  • Once oil is up to temp season both sides of backstraps with seasonings garlic salt and seasoning salt and pan sear both sides about 4 minutes on both sides

  • Remove deer steaks from pan and let rest for 2 minutes should be at rare temp serve and enjoy your seasons hunt
