  • 1 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
  • 1 Vegetable oil

  • Divide the young burdock into leaves, stems, and roots. This recipe doesn't use the leaves. Finely chop the chicken.

  • Lastly, add the ground sesame seeds and mix to finish.
