  • For the Almond Cream:
  • 50 grams Unsalted butter
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 50 grams Whole egg
  • 50 grams Almond flour

How to Make Seasonal Tarts

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Seasonal Tarts in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make the almond cream. Add the sugar to the softened butter, and mix well until the mixture lightens in colour.
  • Step 2
  • Add the egg in batches, and mix well after each addition.
  • Step 3
  • Add the almond flour, and mix.
  • Step 4
  • Roll the tart dough out to around 3mm thick, and poke holes in the bottom of the crust with a fork.
  • Step 5
  • Gently lay the rolled out dough over the tart tins.
  • Step 6
  • Roll a rolling pin over the top of the tins to cut the dough.
  • Step 7
  • Press the dough into the edges of the tin with the flat part of your thumb.
  • Step 8
  • Squeeze the almond cream from step 3 into the shells until about 70% full, then bake in a 180℃ oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Step 9
  • Once they have finished baking and have cooled, remove the tarts from the tins and squeeze some custard cream on top.
  • Step 10
  • Decorate with fruit and heavy cream.
