  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 sugar

  • 1 lemon juice

    Step 1
  • Melt the butter in a fry pan.
  • Step 2
  • Slowly add the flour.
  • Step 3
  • Add the mustard.
  • Step 4
  • Slowly add the milk or stock or mixture, stirring the whole time.
  • Step 5
  • Add salt, sugar, and lemon juice to taste.
  • Step 6
  • Pour over mashed potato, and boiled egg.
