  • 1 ring soba noodles
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1-2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes/chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Sliced green onions

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Sesame Garlic Soba Noodles with Fried Egg in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook soba as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Heat sesame oil in pan. Add garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes/chilli powder, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Step 3
  • Note: Don't overcook or else the garlic and chilli will burn!!
  • Step 4
  • Remove pan from hear and stir in soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Add soba to pan and toss well until soba is well-coated with sauce. Place soba in two bowls.
  • Step 6
  • In the same pan, crack two eggs and cook to your liking.
  • Step 7
  • Top egg onto noodles and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Serve as is. :)
