  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

    Step 1
  • Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness.
  • Step 2
  • Whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, and onion powder. It will make a paste.
  • Step 3
  • Preheat grill pan or saute pan over medium high. Spray with non stock cooking spray.
  • Step 4
  • Place chicken in pan and brush one side with sauce. Cook about 3 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Flip chicken and brush the other side with remaining sauce. Cook until done, about 3-4 minutes more.
  • Step 6
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
