  • 1 ☆ Cellophane noodles or Malony noodles
  • 1/8 head ☆Chinese cabbage
  • 300 ml Soy milk
  • 2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 Ra-yu or chunky ra-yu

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Sesame Soy Milk Soup with Ra-Yu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine the water and chicken stock granules in a pot, and turn on the heat. Chop the cabbage as desired and set aside.
