  • 1 lrg egg yolk

  • 1 carrot; peeled & chopped
  • 1 onion; chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tablespoon
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tbsp emril southwestern spice.
  • 2 tbsp flour

How to Make Shepherds pie

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Shepherds pie in your home by yourself.

  • preheat broiler
  • Step 2
  • boil potatoes in salted water. remove, combine sour cream, chicken broth and yolk. add to.potatoes and mash togeter untill smooth.
  • Step 3
  • In skillet over medium high heat, brown meat. Season with salt, pepper & emril southwester spice. Add carrot and onion, cook 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • In a small pan cook butter and flour 2 minutes. Add beef broth and worcestshire sauce.
  • Step 5
  • Add gravy to meat and stir in peas.
  • Step 6
  • Put meat in casserole dish. Top with potatoes. sprinkle paprika and broil until potatoes are browned.
  • Step 7
  • garnish with parsley(optional)
