  • 2 tsp cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup vinegar (either white or rice)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Stir Fry
  • 2 tbsp veggie oil
  • 5 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 3 green onions sliced

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together. when they are well mixed put vinegar, soy sauce & water with dry ingredients.
