  • 2 pints strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packages strawberry glaze
  • 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 pints cool whip
  • 2 envelope of vanilla pudding
  • 1 * can use cherry pie filling instead of strawberries.

    Step 1
  • mix cake according to box instructions. and make 2 cakes.
  • Step 2
  • while cake is baking clean and cut up strawberries. put sugar on them and glaze. refrigerate.

  • cool cake and tear cake into medium size chunks. place 1/2 of the pieces in bottom of punch bowl.
  • Step 4
  • place 1/2 the can of crushed pineapple on top of the cake.
  • Step 5
  • mix pudding and pour 1/2 of it on top of pineapple.
  • Step 6
  • put 1/2 of the strawberries on the next layer.
  • Step 7
  • repeat layering of cake and fruit.
  • Step 8
  • top with cool whip and use a few strawberries on the top for garnishment.
