  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 2 clove Garlic (minced)
  • Sweet & Sour Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar (cane sugar)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

  • Wash the shiso and cut into thin strips.
