  • 200 grams Chicken thighs
  • 3 leaves Shiso leaves
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Mirin

    Step 1
  • Cut 3 vertical slices into the chicken. (Cut as deep as possible without cutting through to the skin). Julienne the shiso leaves.
