  • 24 thai bird eyes chilli ,or less,or any hot chilli ,how hot as your desire
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass,finely chopped
  • 2/3 tsp lime juice
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce ,or soy sauce for vegetarian option
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 as need fresh or boil vegetables to dip such as cucumber,carrot ,cauliflower,beans etc.

How to Make Shitake Chilli Paste / Nam Prik Hed

  • Clean fresh mushroom ,let it dry
