  • 16 oz baby portobello mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp red wine
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp water
