  • 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Seafood seasoning to taste
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced or pieces and stems
  • 30 ml Brandy
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 small bunch of roughly chopped cilantro

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Shrimp a la Sabri in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pat dry shrimp and cover with flour
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil and sautée shrimp until they change color
  • Step 3
  • Add garlic cloves and seasoning to taste, stir and cook for a minute
  • Step 4
  • Add mushrooms to pan and mix well
  • Step 5
  • Add brandy and cook for 1 minute for alcohol to evaporate
  • Step 6
  • Slowly add cream, mix , bring to a boil, turn off heat and top with cilantro. Enjoy!
