  • 2 c raw cauliflower, riced
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 2 T bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt, optional

    Step 1
  • In large skillet, heat oil. Add peppers and onion, cook 1 min.
