Ingredients: Shrimp Penne

  • 1 box Penne Pasta
  • 1 packages Med Count Shrimp
  • 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 bunch Scallions, chopped
  • 1 large Tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup Parsley flakes
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Milk, or more if needed
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to taste

How to Make Shrimp Penne

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Shrimp Penne in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook pasta according to box directions. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Cook shrimp according to package directions. Add 3 tablespoons of old Bay seasoning to water before cooking. Drain, remove tails and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Sauté scallions, tomatoes and garlic in 3 tablespoons of butter for five minutes. Add pasta, shrimp, parsley flakes and bacon bits, combine.
  • Step 4
  • Pour in 1 jar of Alfredo sauce and milk. Combine. Add more milk if needed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!!
