  • 1 butternut squash,halved
  • 6 brown cap mushrooms chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 1 chunk Manchego Sheep cheese
  • 1 pinch each salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
