  • 400 grams broccoli shoots
  • 200 grams baby spinach
  • 16 digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped very finely
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 litre water
  • 1 small bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 sage leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 40 grams parmesan
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 tbsp best olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

    Step 1
  • clean the broccoli and spinach, remove woody stems of sprouting broccoli.Boil the water add the broccoli and the spinach cook for 8 minutes. Drain well and chop finely.   • butter the biscuits on the side that us not decorated and top with the vegetables, add a second buttered biscuit as lid. Brush a little melted butter over the lid and heat in a preheated oven (180C) for about 10 minutes , serve as snack or side dish .
