  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion (150g) ,thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (or sweetner of choice)
  • 3 tsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts or flaked almonds (40g) toasted
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 pinch of chilli or paprika
