  • 1/2 tbsp best olive oil
  • 4 slice of french stick bread ( rather than baking them cross I toast them slightly in toaster)
  • 80 grams soft camenbert like goat's cheese thinly sliced
  • 2 good pinches of dried basil
  • 2 handful of peppery rocket salad leaf
