  • 1 tbsp rasberry or red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 best tomatoes, seeded, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 6 white or green tinned asparagus, cut into small pieces tips removed,
  • 1 bunch each (small) coriander and mint chopped finely
  • 2 good handfuls of blueberries
