  • 750 grams unpeeled plain baby potatoes, cut in half
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 good pinch each salt and black pepper

  • Step 4
  • For Garlic Dip use 1 large head of garlic and either homemade mayonnaise or a good bought one. Slice top of garlic cutting just through the cloves, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper .Preheat oven to 150C roast garlic until completely soft, about one hour. Leave to cool, squeeze out cloves from skins and mash until soft, mix into mayonnaise.
