  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 5 tbsp breakfast oats
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 liter of vegetable stock

  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 800 grams baby new potatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch each black pepper freshly cracked, salt and nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • Season with salt pepper,sugar and nutmeg
