  • 2 2/3 tsp sugar, or to taste
  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar

    Step 1
  • blend garlic and ginger with a little water. Separately blend tomatoes. Grind the whole spices and chilli to a fine powder.
  • Step 2
