  • 1 pickled green jalapeño chilli pepper
  • 1 small tomato ,seeds removed
  • 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional )
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 clove minced (crushed) garlic (optional )

  • Either use ready to eat lentils or canned and rinsed lentils , stir in the halved olives and chopped jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds from the tomato, discard the seeds.
