  • 1/2 red chilli pepper very finely chopped
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 4 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil., or reserved oil from can
  • 350 ml water, adjust to preference of taste after blending .
