  • 4 basil leaves torn
  • 2 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 good pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives ,chopped very.finely for for garnish
  • 250 grams halloumi cut ito slices then thin chips
  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil for frying halloumi
