  • 2 clove garlic.,chopped
  • 1 good.pinch each salt and pepper
  • dressing
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 small handful of fresh shredded basil
